This Refund & Return Policy applies to all share ownerships, investments, bookings, and related services provided by Istanbul Hotel & Resort LTD..

1. General Policy

All investments, ownerships, and share purchases are subject to the company’s terms, conditions, and agreements. Customers are advised to review and understand all conditions before making any purchase or investment.

2. Cancellation of Ownership/Allotment

If a customer or investor:

• Fails to complete the full payment within the specified time, or
• Fails to pay installment payments for 60 (sixty) consecutive days after making the down payment,

the company reserves the absolute right to cancel the ownership/allotment.

In such cases:

• A 10% cancellation and processing charge will be applicable on the total deposited amount.
• The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
• The refund process may take up to 182 days
  
  

3. Current Market Price Will Not Apply

If a customer purchased a share for BDT 300,000 and later the market value of that share becomes BDT 400,000, the updated/current market value will not be considered during cancellation or refund processing.

The customer will only be eligible to receive the amount originally deposited, subject to the applicable 10% cancellation charge.

Example:

• Purchase Price: BDT 300,000
• Current Market Price: BDT 400,000
• Refund will be calculated based only on the originally deposited BDT 300,000
• 10% cancellation charge will be deducted from the deposited amount
  
  

4. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

If a customer voluntarily requests cancellation of any share ownership, booking, or investment, the same refund policy and applicable charges shall apply.

5. Refund Method

Refunds may be processed through:

• Bank Transfer
• Account Pay Cheque
  
  

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

• Processing fees
• Documentation charges
• Service fees
• Legal or administrative expenses
  
  

7. Company Rights

Istanbul Hotel & Resort LTD. reserves the right to modify, update, or change this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
